Youtube channel

 The data controller has integrated YouTube components into this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television broadcasts, but also music videos, trailers or videos created by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal. The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Prescreen applicant management

 To make the application process easier and clearer, we use the application management system of the company Prescreen for all applications on the Hakle homepage. For this purpose our pages “Vacancies” and “Apprenticeships” contain a plugin which shows the current open positions. By clicking on a list entry of an open position a job description is displayed and a button starts the application process via Prescreen. The collected data is stored on servers of the company Prescreen. Corresponding data protection regulations can be viewed before starting the application workflow.

How do we use your personal data?

Personal data can either be provided voluntarily by you when using the web offers or – in the case of usage data – are automatically collected when using the web offers. The collection of some personal data may be necessary for the availability of or proper functioning of the services or web offers may be necessary.

  • Storage period: We process your personal data for a maximum of 1 year after the last visit to the website. After this period, we process the data only in aggregated and anonymous form.

 

To whom do we pass on your personal data?

In order to process your request, it may be necessary for Hakle GmbH to pass on your personal data to other companies within Hakle GmbH or to external service providers within the EU. Such service providers may, for example, be commissioned to send you product samples, distribute advertising material or handle competitions.
Hakle demands from its external service providers that they use your personal data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with this privacy policy and the legal requirements for order data processing according to article 28 of the DSGVO.

Apart from that, we do not pass on personal data to third parties without your instigation, nor do we sell or rent data. However, we reserve the right to disclose information about you if we are legally obligated to do so or if we are required to do so by lawful authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Do we transfer personal data to third countries?

Service providers who may process your personal data on our behalf are located in the USA. The transfer of personal data to the U.S. is primarily based on the Adequacy Decision and the Privacy Shield Agreement, a specific legal framework designed to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data by U.S. companies under this Agreement.

What rights do you have?

If the legal requirements are met, you can exercise certain rights with regard to your personal data processed by us as the data controller:

Information, Art. 15 DSGVO: You may at any time request that we provide you with information on which of your personal data is processed by us and how, to receive information on certain aspects of the processing and to receive a copy of the personal data.

Correction, Art. 16 DSGVO: You have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected and to request the completion of incomplete personal data to demand.

Deletion, Art. 17 DSGVO: Under certain circumstances you have the right to have your personal data deleted by us. This right applies, for example, if you withdraw your consent or if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.

Restriction of processing, Art. 18 DSGVO: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. This right applies, for example, if you doubt the accuracy of your personal data or if the processing is unlawful.

Data transferability, Art. 20 DSGVO: You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to demand that we transfer this data to another responsible party without hindrance, if this is technically feasible.

This provision applies if the processing of  personal data is carried out by means of automated procedures and the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO or Art. 9 (2) (a) DSGVO or on a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO).

Objection, Art. 21 DSGVO: You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In addition, you may at any time, for specific reasons, object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest.

Revocation of consent: You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without giving reasons. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its revocation.

Complaints: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if, for example, you believe that our data processing is unlawful or we have not granted the rights described above to the extent necessary.
